Saroja completed her graduation from the Sriram College of Commerce, Delhi University and her Executive Program in Business Management in Marketing and Strategy from I.I.M Kolkata.

R. Sridhar is an ideation catalyst, Innovation Coach, Executive Coach, speaker and author.
Sridhar is an advertising professional by training and worked for over 25 years with Ogilvy &Mather. He held several leadership positions at O&M. In his last role, he was Chairman of Ogilvy One Worldwide.
In the year 2000 Sridhar set up IDEAS-RS, a firm that helps organisations unleash their innovation potential.
Sridhar today integrated coaching with his innovation practice to help is clients. Sridhar also works as a Executive Coach to support senior leaders in their development.
Sridhar provided leadership to CFI’s Mumbai Chapter as its President.
He is currently Mentor of CFI’s New Coach integration program. In this role, he helps CFI’s newly certified coaches discover how they can establish their coaching practice and integrate their newly acquired skills into their professional service offering.

MVN Rao is the Group Head – HR of L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited. As the Group Head of HR his work involves leading a team of 100 + HR professionals spread across India, Middle East, South East Asia and partnering in bringing about the Business transformation and aligning the HR agenda to business priorities.
MVN is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of professional experience, most of it with the L&T Group.
MVN Rao is a CFI Coach and currently the President of its Mumbai – Pune Chapter. In this role, he provides leadership to the chapter’s professional development efforts.
Rao is a graduate in Commerce and a Post-Graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, XLRI, Jamshedpur.
V J Rao is a seasoned HR professional who has bene in the field for over four decades.
Having spent his foundational years in global corporations like Hindustan Unilever and Cadburys, Rao went on to play leadership roles in the Tata Group, Aviva and Suzlon. In his last corporate role, Rao was Head – HR for India, Australia and China.
Rao has had extensive experience in Employee Relations as well as Human Resources management and Learning. He was the Director is the Tata Management Traning Centre during his six year stint with the Tatas.
Since 2012, Rao has been an independent Consultant and Coach, working with organisation and leaders in leadership assessment and Coaching. Rao is also actively involved in HR capability building.
Rao is a senior CFI Coach as well as a CCL certified Coach.
Rao is the Vice President of CFI’s Mumbai – Pune Chapter and supports in member development activities.
Rao completed his Master in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation from the Tata Institute of Social Studies.

Vikram has had a rich career spanning over four decades.
Starting his career with Coats Viyella, Vikram has led business with P&L responsibility right from his Cots days following it with stints at Arvind Mills and then a long and successful career at the ABG Group.
Starting as the Group Executive President of the Textiles and Apparels business,he went on to become a while time Director of AB Nuvo, the holding company fothe Madura Garments Brand. He was then appointed as Director on the Board of Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt. Ltd. In this role he helped lead several strategic assignments which involved acquiring, leading, building and transforming companies and businesses and Brands.
Vikram is a senior CFI Coach and the President of CFI’s Bengaluru Chapter. In this role, he leads CFI’s member development initiatives.
Vikram completed his BE in Chemical Engineering from NIT Surathkal and his Post Graduate Diploma in management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
Kalpana brings diverse and rich experience of over three decades across industries.
Starting her career in marketing, Kalpana acquired the skills to become a Behavioral Skills Trainer and Leadership Development Professional. In the past sixteen years, she has helped organizations and individuals unleash their potential by helping them embrace change.
As a Partner at Interweave Consulting Pvt. Ltd, a boutique consulting firm offering solutions in the space of Diversity & Inclusion, she brought her combined experience in Marketing and Human Capital Development to grow the firm into a one-stop- shop for Diversity & Inclusion Solutions.
Kalpana now runs Parity Consulting and Training, a firm focused on women leadership development.
Kalpana is a CFI Coach and the Vice President of CFI’s Bengaluru Chapter. In this role, she helps lead CFI’s member development initiatives.
Kalpana is a graduate in English Literature for the University of Madras and holds a Post-Graduate qualification in Marketing & Sales from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.

Param has over three decades of experience in the IT industry, having worked across multiple business models in Hardware, Networking, Software, Services and Information Security. His last two stints were with TVSNet Technologies Ltd as CEO and Ramco Systems as Executive Director.
He is now a Consultant and Executive Coach and continues to be active in Rotary and NGO activities apart from spending time on shuttle, golf and trekking.
Param is a senior CFI Coach and the President of CFI’s Chennai Chapter. In this role, he leads CFI’s member development initiatives.
Param completed his chemical Engineering from NIT, Trichy and his Post Graduate Program in Management (Marketing & Finance) XLRI,Jamshedpur.
E Kumar brings over three decades of experience having worked in multiple sectors and work cultures across India, setting up business ventures from grassroots and growing the business and team.
He has worked with CSS Corp Pvt Ltd., Dawnay Day Land Pvt Ltd., Tata Group -Tata Teleservices Ltd and Indian Hotels Ltd, Apollo Hospitals and National Dairy Development Board.
Kumar is a CFI Coach and the Vice President of CFI’s Chennai Chapter. In this role, he helps lead CFI’s member development initiatives.
Kumar completed his Bachelor of Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Madras University and his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Manik is a seasoned HR professional and brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources in Indian organizations of repute, in both the manufacturing and service sectors.
From January 2016 Manik has been playing an HR Advisory at Dalmia Bharat Limited, where he served as Deputy Executive Director- HR until December 31, 2015.
Manik is a Trainer and CFI Coach and the President of CFI’s NCR Chapter. In this role, he leads CFI’s member development initiatives.
Manik completed his graduation in Science and his LLB in Labour Laws and Tax Laws from Faculty of Law, Osmania University and his Masters of Business management in Human Resources Management from Faculty of Business Studies, Calcutta University.
Satinder is a seasoned professional from the technology industry with over three decades of experience. Starting with systems engineering, Satinder grew to become Vice President – Sales at Oracle Corporation, where he spent over 12 years.
Since 2008, Satinder has been engaged in providing counsel and advice on various strategic and operational matters to different growth businesses – as “journey partner” Satinder is a member on the advisory board of multiple growth businesses. His skills as a coach help him add significant value in this role that he has been playing for over seven years. Prior to this Satinder was Vice President Sales at Oracle Corporation.
Thanks to his guidance and counsel, these portfolio of businesses have consistently grown year on year both in terms revenue and profitability, in line with industry norms and peer performance.
Satinder is a CFI Coach and the Vice President of CFI’s NCR Chapter. In this role, he helps lead CFI’s member development initiatives.
Satinder completed his Engineering and his Masters in Science Hons from BITS Pilani. He completed his Masters in Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.
He also completed the Oracle Executive Development Program at INSEAD, Singapore.
