CFI pioneered executive coaching in India. This first definitive steps of supporting leaders in their journey of growth and helping them realise their potential was taken by launching a Coach certification program back in the year 2007. In its 34th edition today, CFI’s Post Graduate Program in Executive Coaching is not just hugely popular but also hugely respected as the most rigorous program for prospective coaches.
Creating Coaches & Mentors
CFI has also been working with organisations to build internal coaching capabilities through its Leader as Coach Program and Manager as Coach program and has created at least 700 such leaders and managers who have been able to incorporate coaching into their work styles. CFI also recognizes the important place of mentoring as a developmental relationship and integrates it into its interventions to help entrepreneurs and organisations.
