Chaitanya Nadkarny

Chaitanya served in the Indian IT Industry for nearly 28 years, initially with CMC Limited and later with ThoughtWorks. In mid 2013 he changed tracks to work in the development sector through organisations such as RangDe.Org and the STARS Forum.

Chaitanya has been actively involved in people development across both these stints. In addition to Leadership Development and Executive Coaching, Chaitanya also works closely with a handful social entrepreneurs as a mentor.

Chaitanya completed the PGPEC in Executive Coaching through CFI in 2016. He supports the coach fraternity through the CFI’s CPDP (Continuing Professional Development Programme) as one of its Honorary Directors.


Ramesh Srinivasan

Ramesh Srinivasan is an accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, FMCG and services industry (including an overseas stint).He is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the reputed Madras School of Social Work and acquired a professional Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training & Development.

In addition, he has got certified by Harrisons Assessments, USA for “Creating Scientific Job Description & Behaviour Prediction” and Thomas International, UK for “Personality Profile Analysis (PPA)”.

Passionate about developing others and strongly believes in the theme “No person is untrainable”, Ramesh is pursuing his career in helping others finding their potential and unlocking them for optimum performance both in personal and professional life. R. Sridhar

R. Sridhar is an ideation catalyst, Innovation Coach, Executive Coach, speaker and author.

Sridhar is an advertising professional by training and worked for over 25 years with Ogilvy &Mather. He held several leadership positions at O&M. In his last role, he was Chairman of Ogilvy One Worldwide.

In the year 2000 Sridhar set up IDEAS-RS, a firm that helps organisations unleash their innovation potential.

Sridhar today integrated coaching with his innovation practice to help is clients. Sridhar also works as a Executive Coach to support senior leaders in their development.

Sridhar provided leadership to CFI’s Mumbai Chapter as its President.

He is currently Mentor of CFI’s New Coach integration program. In this role, he helps CFI’s newly certified coaches discover how they can establish their coaching practice and integrate their newly acquired skills into their professional service offering.

MVN Rao is the Group Head – HR of L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited. As the Group Head of HR his work involves leading a team of 100 + HR professionals spread across India, Middle East, South East Asia and partnering in bringing about the Business transformation and aligning the HR agenda to business priorities.

MVN is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of professional experience, most of it with the L&T Group.

MVN Rao is a CFI Coach and currently the President of its Mumbai – Pune Chapter. In this role, he provides leadership to the chapter’s professional development efforts.

Rao is a graduate in Commerce and a Post-Graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, XLRI, Jamshedpur.


VJ Rao

V J Rao is a seasoned HR professional who has bene in the field for over four decades.

Having spent his foundational years in global corporations like Hindustan Unilever and Cadburys, Rao went on to play leadership roles in the Tata Group, Aviva and Suzlon. In his last corporate role, Rao was Head – HR for India, Australia and China.

Rao has had extensive experience in Employee Relations as well as Human Resources management and Learning. He was the Director is the Tata Management Traning Centre during his six year stint with the Tatas.

Since 2012, Rao has been an independent Consultant and Coach, working with organisation and leaders in leadership assessment and Coaching. Rao is also actively involved in HR capability building.

Rao is a senior CFI Coach as well as a CCL certified Coach.

Rao is the Vice President of CFI’s Mumbai – Pune Chapter and supports in member development activities.

Rao completed his Master in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation from the Tata Institute of Social Studies.

Dr. Vas Srinivasan

Dr. Vas Srinivasan has over 25 years of professional work experience in Technology and Manufacturing industries. He has spent more than two decades in the US and has worked in key positions with various companies including Ford, US Steel, Commerce One and Sonasoft. He has hands on experience in Product Management/Marketing, International Sales, Strategy, Manufacturing (Aero/Auto/Metal) and M&A. He has a good understanding of technology and start-ups ecosystem. He was part of a start-up in Silicon Valley where he helped to raise USD 10 million in funding and successfully got the company approved to go public in OTC-BB market.


Vidya Santhanam

Vidya is an Organization Development practitioner, Executive Coach and learner at heart. Over the past 15 years, her value has been in the design and deployment interventions around Culture and Leadership building.

She headed the OD and Leadership building team at Mindtree Ltd. and more recently has set out on her entrepreneurship journey in the HR Tech space. Vidya completed her PGPEC certification from CFI in 2017 and looks at coaching as a transformational experience for both the coach and the coachee.

She is a graduate in Commerce from Ethiraj College Chennai and a PG Dip in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore.

With over 25 years of work experience in the corporate world and five plus years as a certified Leadership and Business Coach, Saroja has worked with several C Level executives across verticals of Financial Services, IT and ITES, Education and Digital Marketing, among others, in areas of Leadership Development, Performance and Team Building.

She is also empanelled as a Business Coach with Google India as part of their worldwide Partner Agency program.

She is an alumunus of I.I.M Calcutta and an Economics graduate from S.R.C.C, Delhi University. In the field of coaching, she is an Associate of M.A.P.P psychometric assessments from Oscar Murphy and has done certification programs in Appreciative coaching. She is also a certified yoga teacher.

Ashutosh Garg

Ashutosh Garg, an MBA has worked in the corporate sector for 25 years. He worked for ITC Limited for 17 years, leaving in 1995 as Managing Director of one of the ITC group companies, based in Singapore. Thereafter he spent 8 years in the aerospace industry, four years each with Lockheed Martin and Hughes, running their satellite systems in Asia.

He founded Guardian Pharmacy in India in 2003 and grew it to the second largest pharmacy chain in India. He also brought in GNC as a partner to India. Ashutosh exited from the company he founded in August 2016 and continues on the Board of the company.
He is a certified Executive Coach and coaches / mentors several CEO’s in India on strategic planning, personal accountability, people and culture issues.
He has served as a director of the GAVI Vaccine Alliance (www.gavi.org), headquartered in Geneva, for 8 years. He has served as the Chairman of “Bizdome”, a Startup Incubator of the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak, and Member of the Advisory Council of the Centre for Policy Research.
