Sudha was associated as the Training Practice Head of India’s largest HR Consulting company. Ashutosh Garg

Ashutosh Garg, an MBA has worked in the corporate sector for 25 years. He worked for ITC Limited for 17 years, leaving in 1995 as Managing Director of one of the ITC group companies, based in Singapore. He has spent more than two decades in the US and has worked in key positions with various companies including Ford, US Steel, Commerce One and Sonasoft. He has hands on experience in Product Management/Marketing, International Sales, Strategy, Manufacturing (Aero/Auto/Metal) and M&A. He has a good understanding of technology and start-ups ecosystem. He was part of a start-up in Silicon Valley where he helped raise USD 10 million in funding and successfully got the company approved to go public in the OTC-BB market.

Vidya Santhanam

Vidya is an Organization Development Practitioner, Executive Coach and learner at heart. Over the past 15 years,
her value has been in the design and deployment interventions around culture and leadership building.

She headed the OD and Leadership building team at Mindtree Ltd. and more recently has set out on her
entrepreneurship journey in the HR Tech space. Vidya completed her PGPEC certification from CFI in 2017 and
