SheLeads is a coaching-based leadership development program launched in October 2019. We have successfully concluded Seven batches of SheLeads since October 2019, empowering over 100 women leaders in the process.
Program OverviewThis hybrid program includes 2 days of classroom sessions in Chennai and 4 one-on-one virtual coaching sessions where each participant will work with a dedicated woman coach to plan and execute her personal and professional development.

The CFI SheLeads program was designed in 2019 with the objective of helping women stay in the game and realize their leadership potential.
However, much has changed in the world since then.While the global pandemic has posed severe challenges for everyone, it has been particularly difficult for women across all socio-economic strata.
Be it staying employed, or balancing work with a manifold increase in domestic demands, or coping with hostilities all around, the situation has been significantly more stressful and difficult for women than men as proved by several research studies, formal and informal.
This edition of SheLeads from CFI is in recognition of this urgent need and our response to address the same.
The entire program will be spread over a duration of four months.
The SheLeads program will be most beneficial for women who have up to 15 years of corporate experience and are in middle management levels in the organisation, with the potential to move further.
Appreciative Discovery Dialogue is a proprietary tool from CFI which is a structured conversation between the participant and a trained CFI Coach to engage in a reflective Process. This will form the basis for the three coaching conversations that will follow.
Based on Positive Psychology, the VIA is a measure of 24 character strengths. The VIA Character Strengths tools measures self-scores across 6 classes of core virtues with sub-traits under them.

During this webinar, participants will receive an overview of the Appreciative Discovery Dialogue report. ey will also gain insights into the concept of self-limiting beliefs and how overcoming them can help them lead a fulfilling life.
The participants will receive inputs on Leadership presence, Delegation, Impactful communication, Stakeholder management, Collaboration & Networking, Giving & receiving feedback and lastly it will cover dimensions of relationship effectiveness which will include Influencing and conflict management. This workshop will also present an opportunity for the participants to informally meet and have fireside conversations with other established and successful women leader/coach during the social night event after Day 1 of the workshop.
During this webinar, each participant will share what is working well, what is the progress made by each of them, and any course corrections if required. This session will also explore ways of creating accountability and sustenance.
Each participant will have the opportunity to have four one-to-one web-based conversations with an experienced CFI coach.
